The realms of fantasy grow richer as Square Enix’s Manga UP! Global app proudly commences the English publication of “The Crafty Mage: Frontier Settling Made Easy” (Seisan Mahōshi no Rakuraku Henkyō Kaitaku: Saikyō no Ajin-tachi to White Kokka o Kizukimasu!), crafted by the imaginative trio of Hajime Naehara, Sunin, and Ramuya.

Meet Joshua, a production mage whose talents are buried under the weight of exploitation by the prestigious Knights of Schwarz. A twist of fate and a wrongful dismissal lead him on an adventure of redemption and discovery, alongside Illya, a princess of the Demon tribe he rescues.

Witness Joshua’s journey as he uses his magical prowess to forge a new destiny, aiding the Demon tribe against the tyranny of the Demon King’s army and malicious slave traders. Join them in the quest to build a magnificent nation, where the art of production magic is the cornerstone of prosperity and peace!

Since its initial release in February 2022, the manga has captivated audiences, with Square Enix distributing the second volume on February 10 and gearing up for the third’s release on December 12.

The intriguing tale stems from Hajime Naehara’s novel series, which began mesmerizing readers on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website since October 2020, with the latest chapter unfurling on February 10. Kadokawa has since brought the novel’s vivid world to print, with the second volume hitting shelves in March 2022.

Manga UP! Global enriches its library further with English adaptations of other riveting titles originally published by Yen Press:
