On Sunday it was disclosed by the authorize Twitter account for Kodansha’s Kiss magazine that a new manga named Travel Journal is going to commence by Tsunami Umino in the magazine’s March issue that is going to dispatch in Monday.
The manga will recount the movement accounts of an editorial manager named Tama and a book shop representative named Hina. The primary part includes the two ladies going on a stay at home abroad outing.
In November 2012 the manga The Full-Time Wife Escapist as started by Umino and in February 2020 the manga was concluded. In April 2020 the 11th and last assembled book volume of the manga was dispatched by Kodansha. The manga was awarded with the shojo category of the 39th Kodansha Awards.
In fall 2016 a live action television series version was broadcast in Japan. On December 31 a new live action special was broadcast.
