Tonikaku Kawaii (Fly Me to the Moon): Synopsis and Character Introduction

A bright and smart student Nasa Yuzuki falls in love with Tsukasa Tsukuyomi, the first time he met her during a snowy day. He tries to reach her across the street but while crossing the road, a truck hit him. He is saved by Tsukasa who risked her life and tries to leave without saying anything but Nasa follows her, thinking her a Princess Kaguya and tells her how he feels about her even after being severely injured. He asks her out on date on which she agrees but on one condition that he will marry which he accepts immediately. After that he passes out.

After getting completely treated, he gets admission in high school. Tsukasa was still on his mind and he could not forget about her. He was no longer interested in going to high school and cancelled his admission. He then started working in various part-time jobs and services while hoping that he might run into Tsukasa in these places.

After few years of waiting and looking for, Tsukasa shows up again the day he turns 18 and reminds him of the promise her made to her years ago. The two become a married couple and spend their lives together while their love for each other grows deeply.

Nasa Yuzaki

Even after being severely injured he confesses his love for Tsukasa and immediately agree on marrying her without giving it a second thought. He kept his promise and married her when she appears again on his 18^th birthday just because she is very adorable.

Tsukasa Yuzaki

She saves Anasa’s life risking her own but doesn’t say anything before leaving. But she doesn’t forget the promise about marrying him and returned to him  on his 18^th Birthday to marry him. After marrying Nasa, she changes her name to Yuzaki.

Kanase Arisugaw

Kanase is Nasa’s junior in middle school who is a lively and smart girl. Her family owns a communal bath called bath “Kusatsu Hot Springs-style Yufuin”

Chitose Gaginoji

She is a fourteen year old girl for whom Tsukasa is big sister. She is  the granddaughter of Tokiko Tsukuyomi and not related to Tsukasa by blood. According to Tsukasa she is “a child of the family who took care of me”.
