The movie was released at 5th position in Japan. On Saturday and Sunday it generated 136,362,600 yen. On October 26 the movie was released on 121 screens and till now it generated aggregate profit of 604,313,480 yen
The movie was directed at CloverWorks and the head director was Kanta Kamei and Akihisa Shibata was the director. To write the script of the movie Fumiaki Maruto came back and he characters were again designed by Tomoaki Takase. The movie is being distributed by Aniplex.
