In 3 Chapters Manga Mr. Tonegawa: Middle Management Blues Ends

On Tuesday it was disclosed by the authorized Twitter account of Kodansha’s Comic Days manga app that the follow up manga Mr. Tonegawa: Middle Management Blues of Kaiji is going to conclude in three chapters.

The manga centers on the horrifying everyday life of Teiai Group official Yukio Tonegawa, who gets into clashes with Hyōdō and the dark suits.

In 2015 the manga was commenced in the Kodansha’s Monthly Young Magazine with the cooperation of Nobuyuki Fukumoto the creator of Kaiji. In March 2018 the series was then transferred to the Comic Days. The series is being penned by Tensei Hagiwara and the art is being provided by Tomohiro Hashimoto and Tomoki Miyoshi. Last November the 9th assembled book volume was issued by Kodansha. In the 2017 edition of the manga for male readers of Takarajimasha’s Kono Manga ga Sugoi! guidebook the series got the 1st position in the top 20th list.

In July 2018 a television anime version was debuted based on the series on the NTV’s “AnichU” programming block. The series is being telecast by Crunchyroll with English captions as it was broadcast and an English dubbed version was telecast by HIDIVE. In October the anime was set out by Sentai Filmworks on Blu-ray Disc.
