Date a Live is a rom-com anime with sci-fi theme. It is the adaptation of a novel series. The anime received popularity as soon as it released the first season on 6 April 2013. Soon after the completion of the first season, the anime returned with the second season and. Date A Live has released three seasons and the fans are still not over it yet as they demanded for a another season.
Date A Live will be renewed for Season 4 and will be aired in 2021 or 2022. As there is a lot more to happen according to the source material, the series will be continued. It will also be released in English Dub.

The story of Date A Live is about dating but in a funny and different way. The series starts with a blast, called Spacequake that occurs in the future, about 30 years later. It was a great disaster due to which millions of people died. Scientist could not decipher the cause of the explosion.
The series continues with the leading character of the series, Shidou from Tokyo who lives with his sister. When Spacequake hits again, Shidou runs towards it to rescue his sister and ends up running into a girl who doesn’t belong to this world and possess some special abilities. The girl is the real cause of this destruction. Shidou learns that other than killing them, there is one other way to stop these creatures from causing any destruction. They can also be stopped by making them fall in love. But it will be a very dangerous date. This is when he takes the responsibility of keeping the world safe and saving the lives of the people.
Shidou is a 16 years old boy of and his sister is 14 years old who happens to be the commander of anti spirit organization. The first spirit that Shidou meets is Tohka Yatogami while other characters include Miku Izayoi, Origami and Yoshino
