Akame Ga Kill is the anime adaptation of manga series which is written and illustrated by Takahiro and Tetsuya Tashiro respectively, Akame Ga Kill Season 1 was a great hit and gained popularity among the fans and now fans are longing for the next season. With too much violence and bloodshed the anime is known to be one of the most gloomiest and intense anime. Once the season 1 reached its climax, the social media was flooded with the requests of the continuation of the series. Although it is not confirmed that there is going to be any more seasons of Akame Ga Kill but if it happens there is still a chance that we might get to see it next year. Akame Ga Kill Season 1 was released on 7th June 2015 and the last episode was aired on 15th December 2015. Akame Ga Kill Season 1 is available on Netflix, Crunchyroll and Amazon Prime streaming sites and if the next season comes out, it will most probably will be available on the same streaming sites.

Akame Ga Kill is an intense action packed series which follows a young boy named, Tatsumi, who lives in a village but goes to the city to earn some money for his family but finds out something fishy going on in that area. An assassin group called ‘Night Raid,’ recruits Tatsumi for his assistance to overcome this problem. The series has 24 episodes with 23 minutes duration.

If there is a next season of this series, it will probably start with a new plot as there is nothing to continue from the previous season. Although the series was highly popular among the anime fans but it was bashed by manga fans as it was not faithful to its source material. Which mean that the makers of the anime series might need to change the previous plotline. There are many rumors about the season 2 in which we will get to see the fight between Akame and Kurome after they are traded to the Empire. It has also been heard that the season 2 might consist of just 12 episodes and we hope that all the rumors are true.
