Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

Demon Slayer

Years ago the makers of Danganronpa was struggling with a problem that how they can built story from oddity characters who always wrestle and discuss about murder. But they were able to put up a complete franchise but we cannot say the same about Demon Slayer. This series is not able to cope up even in a twenty two minute episode. We can see that how Nezuko is again trapped and how Zenitsu and Inosuke are not being seen in the episode. And if we talk about Tanjiro he is continuously squealing explanations to not kill his younger sister. All we were able to witness was that how Hashiras in which most of them are those from which we have never been introduced kept protesting with each other or keep arguing with Tanjiro about why they should kill her sister. It is can be said that it was not a convincing episode of Demon Slayer.

In corps Hashiras are famous to be the most dominant Demon Slayers. But in the episode what we can only see was introduction of their assorted characters and their characteristics. So in this article we will highlight the essential points. There are some characters that have been already introduced like Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka and Insect Hashira Shinobu Kocho. Following are the addition of characters in this series.

  1. The big hair volatile: Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku
  2. The energetic purple boy: Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui
  3. A fearful girl who use love to fight with demons: Love Hashira Mitsuru Kanroji
  4. A sightless boy who is very emotional and plead a lot: Stone Hashira Gyomei Himejima
  5. The original space plebe: Mist Hashira Muichiro
  6. The boy whose pet is a snake: Serpent Hashira Iguro Obanai
  7. The prick: Wind Hashira Sanemi Shinazugawa

The episode doesn’t provide us anything special to discuss about characters. What we know that Sanemi is disgust with demons. Nezuko was tormented by him because he wanted to see growth of Tanjiro and the consequence was that Tanjiro toss down his skull. Most of the time character of Giyu and Shinobu share the screen which allows us to understand them more. The remaining Hashiras were either shouting or discussing in the episode about murdering the siblings. No matter what type of bond they share between them can be put aside for afterward discussion.  .

In final selection we met two twins who were again witness in this episode helping the official master who is a sightless person with blemished face and had a vital role to play this week. He is a sensible person and he was also the one who highlighted the point of view of Sakonji Urokodaki he was the instructor of Nezuko. The Master also tries to persuade Hashiras that the one who is able to fight Kibutsuji is none another than Tanjiro but Sanemi was not convinced by this. So eventually he carries on to wound Nezuko and his sister had no choice but to face him.

None the less there was very little excitement in this episode. In spite of Tanjiro’s energizing scenes there was just arguments and explanations which was not that much appealing. The season is going to conclude in the coming weeks so the makers of demon slayer need to do is utilize their time.
